This website is operated by Vrindavan Fab. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vrindavan Fab. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products and Fulfillment (Important) Vrindavan Fab is a retail brand. To ensure the fastest delivery and wholesale pricing, we may use third-party fulfillment partners and logistics providers to ship products directly to you.

  • Packaging Notice: You acknowledge and agree that your order may arrive in packaging or with invoices/labels that feature the branding of our fulfillment partners or suppliers (including third-party marketplaces).

  • No Dispute Policy: By placing an order, you agree that the presence of third-party branding on the shipping package is not a valid ground for legal action, dispute, or full refund, as long as the product inside matches your order.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

4. Pricing and Modifications Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, delivery timelines are estimates. Since we work with external fulfillment partners, there might be slight variations in the delivery process. Once an order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability In no case shall Vrindavan Fab, our directors, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Udhana, Surat, Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat.

8. Dispute Resolution & Mutual Settlement (Mandatory) Before taking any legal action or filing a complaint with any consumer forum, the customer agrees to first contact our support team at support.vrindavanfab@gmail.com to resolve the issue mutually. We are committed to solving all genuine issues within 7 to 15 business days. Any legal proceedings initiated without first attempting a mutual settlement through our official support channel will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
