Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) of order placement.
2. Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, the standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are usually faster, while remote areas or certain pin codes may take a little longer.

Prepaid Orders: We offer 100% FREE SHIPPING anywhere in India on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee may apply, if applicable. However, we occasionally offer FREE COD during special promotional offers and sales. The exact shipping charge (if any) will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you place your order.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking ID and link via Email/SMS. You can use this link to track your order's live status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages) To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we ship them as soon as they are ready. Therefore, if your order contains multiple products, they might be shipped from different partner warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees for split shipments.
6. Undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) Parcels Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, the phone is switched off, or the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases for prepaid orders, a re-shipping fee may apply if you request us to send it again.
