Return & Exchange Policy
At Vrindavan Fab, we maintain a strict quality check process. However, if you face any issues with your order, we are here to help. We offer a 7-Day Return/Exchange Policy, subject to the strict conditions mentioned below:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video To protect our customers and ensure transparency, a clear, uncut unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory to claim any return, refund, or exchange. Without a valid unboxing video showing the original packaging being opened, no claims will be entertained.
2. The 24-Hour Request Window To be eligible for a return or exchange, you MUST raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any requests made after 24 hours of delivery will be automatically rejected.
3. Conditions for Refund (Wrong/Damaged Item Only) Refunds are ONLY approved if you have received a completely wrong product or a physically damaged/defective item. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Conditions for Replacement (Size or Fit Issues) If you have an issue with the size or fit of the garment, we do not offer refunds. However, we will happily provide a Replacement/Exchange for the correct size. The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
5. Free Doorstep Reverse Pickup We care about your experience. If your return or exchange is approved, Vrindavan Fab will arrange a Free Reverse Pickup from your delivery address. You do not have to pay any extra shipping charges or visit a courier office.
6. Approval Process & Timeline To start a return or exchange, please email us immediately at support.vrindavanfab@gmail.com with your Order ID, exact issue, and the unboxing video. Our team will evaluate the issue and approve your request within 2 to 4 business days.
